HCI Communications provides wireless communication design, equipment and services for businesses, consumers and government entities.
HCI Communications is a family-run business and was established by Rod and Donna Hubbard in 1995. Rod worked directly for Motorola for 20 years before starting his own dealership. Their son, Mike Hubbard, is co-owner of HCI Communications. Mike, a retired Lieutenant Colonel of the Army, worked directly for Motorola for several years before joining the business. Rod and Mike have a combined experience of over 60 years! They built their business based on values of high moral standards, integrity, first-rate customer service and excellence. At HCI Communications, we take pride in our work and our goal is to make sure that you are completely satisfied with our goods and services.
HCI Communications’ staff is highly competent and receives training on a regular basis. What sets us apart from other wireless communication providers is our passion for communications and the wealth of knowledge that our employees possess. Our sales and technical staff have the experience and technical training to ensure you get the right equipment, appropriate expectations and no false promises. System design is done in-house; our intimate knowledge of your system and equipment allows for quick service and repairs. Shawn O’Neal is our Store Manager and Sales Engineer. Shawn graduated from Boston College. With 10 years of experience, Shawn is an expert in providing high quality, effective solutions to his customers.
